I was fortunate to find InnoEra in 2009 through a strong recommendation by one of our private equity software providers who had routinely turned to them to take on overflow work. When originally looking at the iAnalyze product, the idea came to us for a document management system, and the InnoEra team worked closely with Vector to implement a solution known as DMS. In the face of SEC registration, the need to preserve, categorize and easily retrieve key documents had become even more important, and we had been let down by the complexity and cost of other products in the marketplace.

InnoEra was able to take our basic vision: create a simple, folder-based document organization system that minimizes the need to do complex searches... and develop a rich product in a very short time. We've been using DMS for 5 years now. Our finance and legal folks love the ability to clone the tags of similar, existing documents to simplify the pain of uploading, and the folder-based retrieval format mimics file explorer, so the learning curve is minimal. DMS currently hosts more than 5,000 of our documents on a secure server with full versioning, user & group-level access restrictions, redundancy and backup. We could not be happier with the results.

Vector has since expanded our work with InnoEra to simplify the production of repetitive tasks such as generating financial & tax correspondence for our private equity and hedge fund investors, generating Crystal Report output from our accounting software, and reporting standardized information (for example, organizational information for legal entities) through our intranet. InnoEra is rare among IT firms in that they actually deliver the things that they promise they can do.
